Originally developed in New Zealand, each LES MILLS® class is led by a fully trained instructor, who takes participants of all fitness levels through a series of pre-choreographed moves set to chart-topping music. All the choreography is developed in conjunction with health experts to ensure the moves are safe, and classes are updated every three months so participants never get bored.
